I wonder if I should start a countdown for the end of the semester. I don't think I will, but it is important to note. The end is nigh, for I could count my remaining classes on one hand. This week, then Thanksgiving, then just one more after that. A wild realization. I feel strangely as if I were pushed into a time warp. You know, I would believe that too if I hadn't kept a fairly detailed record of every school day this semester. As much as I am anxious about the end, as much as I feel the walls closing in on these last assignments and important grades. I think its for the best that it's nearly over. There has been an exhaustion that has taken hold of me. An overworked mental fatigue that needs to be squashed. I think Thanksgiving and the holiday break as a whole will be good for me and my brain. It might do well to jump-start it and see this campus with a whole set of new classes. Things to look forward to.
Thank you,
