Another late night. But when is it not? Talked about weird perception for an hour. It was nice. 

I also attended a lecture from the journalism department, given by the CEO of Fox News. I didn't have a good time. There is a fundamental conflict between humanity, journalism, and business. And from the way she spoke, she only cared about business. Not a fan.

I must also share that she commented: "I want my employees to love to win and hate to lose, so I look and see if they were involved in athletics before I hire people. That's the only way a business will succeed." That rubs me all the wrong ways and directly contradicts my social philosophies. The world does not need to be based on winners and losers. Social Darwinism is an incredibly dangerous and toxic belief. I do realize that I'm sounding really socialist, and I apologize. I just don't believe we should promote the idea that the only way to succeed is to "beat" others to "win". 

Anyhoo. 

I'm going to head to sleep.
